  • Holiday Minimum Stays

  • In addition to the above rates, there is a $175 cleaning fee and $750 refundable security deposit.
  • Optional services:
    • Bed linen rental service available for $150.
    • 8 PM Late checkout may be reserved on non-peak days for ½ of the nightly rent.
  • Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
  • The weekly rental cycle during the summer season is from Friday to Friday.
    The rest of the year, rentals can start on any day of the week.
  • Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
